We recently purchased this house and have installed new carpet, paint, mattresses, doors, and furniture. We are excited to share our vacation getaway with you. The home is 1,100 square feet on a wooded lot outside of town in a quiet sub division. The house is 3 miles from downtown Leadville, 5 miles to Turquoise Lake and 10 miles to Ski Cooper. This mountain home provides the mountain enthusiast the opportunity to do most anything they desire! Skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and mountain biking. You could also drive to world class ski resorts ( Vail, Copper Mountain, Frisco and Breckenridge) in under a hour. The home has an updated kitchen, hardwood floors, fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and wifi with cable TV. We just purchased all new bedding and towels too. The master bedroom features a comfy King size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
