There is NO PRIVACY between the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. This is meant to be a KIDS ROOM that parents don't mind sharing space with. The Guest Suite has 1 Guest Bedroom with a King Size bed and 1 Guest Bedroom with a Queen Size bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms with combination tub/shower. The adjacent pool house has a separate entry and patio terrace, and sleeps 2 with a very comfortable queen size sofa bed, private shower/bathroom. There is a powder room located in the main house. Indoor Rules: NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE MAY SLEEP at the house as per the rental agreement. NO MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE MAY BE PRESENT at the house and if not respected will be deemed in violation of our agreement. NO PETS ALLOWED on the premises. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. We are very good friends with our neighbors and respect the peaceful country life. Outdoor Rules: NO GLASSWARE OUTSIDE – INCLUDING BEER AND WINE BOTTLES. Acrylic and plasticware are available in the kitchen for outdoor use. No eating when inside the pool/spa. Draining and cleaning the pool/spa due to food or glass, the security deposit will be held and you will be charged any additional fees for pool maintenance. NO RUNNING IN POOL/SPA AREA. The concrete area around the pool can be slippery. Adult supervision is required at ALL TIMES when children are present in and around the pool. Before using the pool/spa, the liability waiver must be agreed to when agreeing to the rental terms and conditions. The security deposit will not be returned if any rules are violated.
