Chef’s kitchen features a gas stove, toaster oven, Keurig machine, microwave, and is well-appointed for use during your stay. Enjoy views, privacy, and a modern appointed interior on one of CB’s most desirable streets. We are located just past (~1.5 miles) Mt. Crested Butte Resort and approx. 4 miles to downtown CB. The free shuttle bus is a short walk (6-8min) in warmer months to get to the mountain or town, in the winter we suggest driving and parking near the mountain, or in closer proximity to the bus stop. CB is a small town that is easy to get around. Our place has privacy, views, and access to make your trip next-level! Ski/Ride, Hike, Bike, Fish, and so much more, this is a town for all seasons, plus downtown CB has excellent restaurants, shops, and bars—Welcome to the best mountain town in Colorado! The house is less than 1 mile from several hiking trails. Additional sanitation prior to arrival available if desired for additional fees. PARKING PLAN: There is no street parking allowed in Mtn. CB. All guests must park in the driveway. We recommend a max of 3 cars with one in the garage, and the other 2 parked close to the house and not blocking access from the road. This is especially important in the winter to allow for plow access. Snow removal is done when we have 5" or more. One additional car, up to 4 total may be allowed in the Summer months.
