We will share our season's organic home grown bounty with you - oranges, avocados, grapefruits, persimmons, peaches or apples, depending on the time of year. The apartment has a large great-room (12' x 24') with dine-in kitchenette complete with dishwasher. There is a separate bedroom with KING size bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower. The living room couch is convertible to a full size bed. Linens are provided. We offer Direct TV with HBOMax, Netflix, Amazon Prime and many others. It comes with one parking spot right in front of the door and is located on a private road. There aren't any laundry facilities, but there is a laundromat very close by. Close to parks, tennis courts, frisbee golf course, grocery stores (Albertsons, Von's. Northgate Mexican Market), shopping (Westfield North County, Carlsbad Premium Outlets, San Marcos Plaza), movie theaters, restaurants and easy access to hwy 78 and hwy 15. The neighborhood This is a peaceful country neighborhood but is close to every convenience such as a movie theater, grocery stores, restaurants, breweries and parks. 10 minutes to the beach.
