Moonlight Lodge, a high-end custom build and just across from the golf course is located within walking distance to the Bear Mountain Ski Resort. Situated on a hillside, the home overlooks the golf course and facing west, you are able to capture Big Bears sunsets. When you enter the home, you are placed in the heart of the home. With a small powder bath to the right and a farmhouse style table with ample seating and an extra four seats at the huge rough edge granite island featuring a warming drawer and microwave. High-end Jenn-Air appliances including dishwasher, six burner gas range with side griddle and double oven. The home has a toaster and standard coffee maker. It is also equipped with a commercial size fridge/freezer combo. A unique feature to the kitchen is the farmhouse style copper sink. Just off the dining area and to the right of the entrance is the homes master suite with a California king bed, high end furnishings and linens and an en suite. The bathroom is complete with a Jacuzzi bathtub, oversized shower stall, vanity area and private entrance to the masters private upper patio. The family room area features a floor to ceiling flagstone gas log fireplace. Entertain with the large flat screen TV. The floor to ceiling windows provide an amazing views of the golf course below and the tree lined scenery in the foreground. The family room offers deck access. Garage parking is available for two smaller vehicles and one in the driveway. Larger SUV's or trucks will not fit in the garage for parking when parking more than one vehicle. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
