Get acquainted with Colorado's wine and fruit region from the heart of it all. The perfect location for touring the wineries, walking to Sunday Farmer's Market, or heading up to Powderhorn Mtn Resort to bike in the summer and ski in the winter! This house was built in 1919 and was recently remodeled inside and out. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen bed in case you need to sleep six. Energy efficient in-floor heat as well as a working fireplace will keep you warm in the cooler months. Please be aware that this house is located just a block or so from the train tracks. The train does come through every few hours. This home is professionally cleaned, and the linens professionally laundered. Our cleaners are paid a living wage. *Pets are not allowed*
