Please also check our other listings if you can't find the dates you're looking for. The Space: Located in the heart of University Heights, guests have the entire top floor of a two story building. There is a covered balcony off the back of the unit for the guests private use. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed and there is an additional queen bed in the fold out couch in living room. Guest Access: Entry to this property is controlled by a smart lock. The morning of check-in, you will be sent an email with the smart lock code and any other relevant details for entry. The Neighborhood: University Heights is adjacent to both Hillcrest and Normal Heights. Its central location means that Downtown, Balboa Park, Mission Valley, San Diego State University and the San Diego Airport are all within a few minutes drive. The area is brimming with a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, artist’s studios and live entertainment, primarily on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. Getting Around: University Heights is a tight-knit compact central-community that has everything nearby within walking distance and is known for being pedestrian friendly. Commute time to anywhere in San Diego is about 20 minutes via Uber or Lyft and there are two available parking spaces for guests. Other Things to Note: This unit is on the top floor of a two story building and requires the use of stairs for access. The ground floor unit is also available for booking and is called the Casa Nova.
