GATED DRIVEWAY: To enter the property from the main road, pull completely off of the main highway and into the entrance of the driveway. Exit vehicle and walk the LEFT side of the gate and lift latch. Open the gate by pushing inwards and securing the gate to the stake using the small rope/twine. Please be sure to keep the gate closed when not in use. Thank You! HOME IDENTIFICATION: 'Welcome to My View' is marked with the address of '7788' on the side of the exterior wall and is the smaller unit below the main house. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
