The downstairs floor consists of a family style multi purpose room which leads to the outdoor pool area. Just off this room you will find a bedroom suite with queen and twin sized bunkbed and bathroom with shower. These rooms have direct access to the outdoor space and pool area. The home includes a one car garage and driveway space to accommodate an additional car. Plenty of street parking as well.
