This private, two-level home is perfectly sheltered by a thicket of trees, right on the edge of the Sea Ranch Golf Links on the east side of California Highway 1. Take long morning walks on the Salal Trail or the oceanfront Bluff Trail; spend your afternoons playing tennis, swimming in the heated outdoor pool, and relaxing in the sauna at the Del Mar Recreation Center two miles south; and head into downtown Gualala three miles north to browse the art galleries or pick up a few gourmet groceries at the Surf Market. An ideal escape for architecture enthusiasts, two couples, or a small family, this home was designed by Charles Moore - one of the original founders of the Sea Ranch. The living space is full of interesting angles, built-in seating, and thoughtful touches that add comfort and style, including a wood-burning fireplace (with logs provided), beautiful lighting and artwork, and a record player to provide the perfect vacation soundtrack. Please read and/or print out all maps, driving directions, and instructions prior to departure in order to alleviate confusion upon check-in/out. *Please view the TSRA website for current information regarding the use of community facilities, such as the swimming pools, saunas, tennis courts, etc. **To make a reservation and to review additional Policy and Procedure Information, please visit the TSRA facility reservation site. ***Due to high demand and limited availability of facilities as managed by TSRA, Vacasa cannot guarantee that all guests will have access to the pools/tennis courts. Please note that no refund(s) will be provided in relation to the TSRA facilities. Parking notes: There is no garage; please park behind the fence. Reservations with 1-2 guests will receive one parking pass (unless otherwise specified), reservations with three or more guests will receive two parking passes. The Sea Ranch Association only allows two passes per reservation. Parking passes are for cars parked within the Sea Ranch (at the recreation centers, hiking trails, etc.) and must be visible in vehicles. For guests with more than two cars, any additional car(s) can be used to go to and from the house without a pass but will need to remain in the driveway otherwise. On-street parking is not permitted. NO RV'S OR CAMPER VANS PERMITTED TO PARK ON SEA RANCH. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
