You may explore the property as well at your own risk as there may be unpaved paths, gofer holes, and grazing cattle. Our home has been beautifully renovated and we are currently working on upkeep projects. We do our best to schedule around our guest stay. Guest access Access to entire house and property, with an exception to a mobile home situated on the property. Horse stalls and riding arena available for use with advance notice. Please contact us with any inquiries Interaction with guests Will available for help 24/7 by phone, text, or email. Ranch hand & landscaper may be on property around noon occasionally during stays longer than 3 days (to landscape and feed chickens) but will be doing their best to work around your stay for your comfort & privacy. Other things to note: Due to the semi-remote location of our home, cellular reception may be weak or unavailable however we do have a T-mobile booster if you happen to have a T-mobile plan. Or you can use the WiFi calling feature on your cellphone.
