With 3 large bedrooms, 2-full baths, and a 1/2 bath, chef's kitchen, recreation room with separate entrance (perfect for the kids or another couple due to the 2 additional pull-out futons) 48' flat screen TV in the master bedroom, 51' plasma TV in family room, 60' HD TV in recreation room, wifi internet, washer and dryer, huge deck for BBQ'ing and outdoor family dinners under the stars, campfire circle with fire pit; --Stairs lead right out from the backyard gate down to the seasonal Austin Creek and swimming hole for those hot summer days. --Hot tub nestled amongst redwoods for those chilly nights. This is a pet friendly home, please note there is a non-refundable pet fee of $200. We service the hot tub and landscaping weekly for the guests comfort and enjoyment.
