The Long Island Lake House was built for all seasons. 4 oversized BR's, 3.5 baths, an open floor plan, magnificent water views from every room of the Great Lake. With her elevated stance, the Lake House provides a commanding view of the freshwater Lake from every room. New energy-efficient windows provide protection without sacrificing the wonderful view. With warm hardwood floors throughout and an open flowing craftsman floor plan, you and your guests will be amazed at how large and open the house is. With over 3800 SQFT to use, the home is filled with eclectic art and comfortable furniture reflecting a craftsman or shaker style. Built for living life and for those who want to get away or be steps from everything. With the Hamptons only 20 mins and Fire Island Ferry 5 min from the house, you're living on the water with access to all long Island has to offer. For guests staying for 90+ days, we will have all maintenance, hot tube, lawn included in pricing so you can enjoy the stay without worry. some exceptions apply TBD Easy access to highways and local roads the Lake House is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood of older homes. While staying here we will secure some of our personal items behind locked closets and restrict only a few areas of the home. You will have access to most of the house. Living Room, Dining Room, 3 to 4 full Bedrooms including the Master suite on the first floor as well as 3.5 baths, Kitchen, front parlor, and basement with a full slate pool table. Trust us, you and your family will have plenty of space... We will want to meet prior to your stay in order to review the home tour and instruction book. We can agree upon any last min details. If traveling from outside the area, we will host a video conference using facetime tech. We will be traveling while you stay. You will be responsible for the safety and upkeep of our home while you are onsite. You will be responsible for maintenance* and upkeep of the home during your stay including lawn, hot tub, etc unless negotiated prior. extra fee* may apply. A peaceful and quiet road leads to our neighborhood park. With only 12 homes on our side of the lake, it is an old and established area of Patchogue that will welcome you. The sounds of geese and swans welcome all. Plenty of parking on our driveway. Great place to walk. The village is only 10 min away on foot. Parking is ample on the driveway. Guest staying longer than 90 days will have access to the Garage. Uber and Lyft are available to get you to and from places. We respect our neighbors and our health. The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. NOTE: There is no vaping, smoking, pets of any kind, or events permitted on the property. No exceptions. We want you to treat our home like it's your home. This is a longer-term rental for guests looking to experience Long Island. No events, No parties without permission, No use of the Fireplace. Families with active toddlers should note this home has multiple levels and steps, plan accordingly. Hot Tub for adult renters only. Lawn maintenance is included for all 90-day rentals, bi-weekly cleaning is available for a fee.
