We like to call it nature ... please plan accordingly. - Due to Santa Cruz County restrictions no events or parties allowed on the property - Check-in is 4:00pm, and check out is 11:00am. We can accommodate early check in or late check out depending on availability. Please confirm with owner before making plans. - The beach house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized per California Guidelines after each guest. - Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival.
