Cozy place to relax watching TV. .Gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops, commercial garland stove, sub zero refrigerator. Guest bedroom with attached bathroom on second floor. Kitchen and dining room are common areas. Kitchen and their assigned bedroom I work full time. I am around when I am not working. Very upscale neighborhood with million dollars houses. Holmdel park is within 2 miles , great for hiking and running.PNC arts center is 2 miles away for concerts. Close to restaurants. Close to train station to go yo NYC. Holmdel is an hour from NYC by car and 70 mins by train. The train station is 3 miles away. PNC arts center for concerts 2 miles away. No smoking cigarettes, marijuana or vaping strictly. There is an mandatory cleaning charge of $250 if they violate this house rule.
