RATE/TAX/FEE NOTES: PLEASE DO NOTE IF YOU HAVE A PET AND THE EXACT NUMBER OF PEOPLE. IMPORTANT LONG STAY NOTES: For stays of 8+ nights: There is garbage service / pick up on Mondays. If you wish to have trash/recycle pick up please put the bins to the curb on Sunday Night or Monday AM by 7 and return the bins to the garage Monday night. Trash trucks come between 7AM and 5PM. For stays of 20+ Nights: We require housekeeping every 2-3 weeks during your long stay. We will schedule the visits with you, in advance. COVID: We have always used a professional cleaning service. Our loyal team has ensured that our home is cleaned the day of departure – every time; for more than 10 years. Our reviews reflect our dedication to cleanliness and service.
