Walking distance to the restaurants, shops and nightlife on Adams Avenue in both the Normal Heights and Kensington neighborhoods. The Space: Our completely remodeled three bedroom and two bathroom home in Normal Heights is the perfect spot for friends and families sharing a vacation. This house has it all! We've carefully designed this home to have everything we love a rental to have when we travel. From the cozy linens on the bed, to the glassware in the fully-stocked kitchen- no detail has been overlooked. We want you to enjoy San Diego to its fullest and will be happy to help curate the perfect adventure or relaxing trip. Enhanced cleaning protocols are being implemented for your safety and comfort at this property. Guest Access: Entry to this property is controlled by a smart lock. The morning of check-in, you will be sent an email with the smart lock code and all the other relevant details for entry to the property. The Neighborhood: Founded in 1906, Normal Heights is one of the oldest neighborhoods in San Diego and boasts a quaint, small town charm. The diverse and historic neighborhood is considered one of the most desirable mid-city neighborhoods to live in and visit. Our Casita is about a half-mile to the historic district on Adams Avenue. A comfortable walk to plenty of options for coffee shops, restaurants and bars. We will send a list with some of our favorite local spots prior to your check-in. Getting Around: Normal Heights is a compact, centrally-located community that has everything nearby within walking distance and is known for being pedestrian friendly. If you decide to leave the neighborhood, commute time to anywhere in San Diego is about 15 minutes via Uber or Lyft. Other Things to Note: This property is located within close proximity to a few other rental units, and has a strict noise policy to ensure all guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please limit excessive noise between 9PM and 9AM daily. Interaction with Guests: I will be available via phone and text 24/7 for the duration of your stay.
