Located , at about 3 miles from Aqua Caliente Casino, 5 miles from the Palm Springs International Airport, about 8 miles from downtown Palm Springs, 8 miles to The River, and 20 miles to Coachella Valley! Guest access The entire home will be accessible except for the garage. There is space for three cars on the driveway and additional parking is allowed on the street in front of our property Other things to note Pool is not available to use during sandstorm or windstorm after those storm is over and the pool is cleaned Spa and Pool heating is optional, It's $ 50.00 per day during month of May to September and $ 75.00 per days during month of October to April for spa heating only (without the pool ) the fee is $ 35 per day during month of May to September and $ 50.00 per days during month of October to April For heating the Spa or Pool and Spa will be charged for the entire days of stay. this extra charge should be paid prior to checking in. Please be advised that pool and Spa are not pre heated. you will be given instruction on how to turn on the spa and Pool heater. it takes about 45 min to 1 hour to heat the spa and 8 - 10 hours to heat the pool. Min age for book is 25 years old , Please sent the Government Issued ID before check in The responsible person must sign a " Guest Agreement Acknowledgement” Please No more that 8 daytime guests (including overnight guests) are permitted by the city. 3 cars maximum can be parked during your stay , The Cars can be parked on the driveway No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line The place is in the quite neighborhood , please do not be noisy. To much Noise will be complaint by neighbor. Absolutely , no music , no screaming, No shouting on outdoor The property exterior and interior noise level are actively monitored at the property Citywide quiet hours are 10pm to 8 am during which exterior maximum noise level is 50 dB(A) and interior maximum noise level is 40dB(A). From 8am to 10pm the exterior maximum noise level is 60 dB(A) and interior maximum noise level is 50dB(A). noise complaints will be fines $1000 to $3000 No outdoor activity after 10 PM for security purposes, the security cameras are installed in front of the house only , not at the backyard. We provide a starter pack of consumable items (eg. toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). If you are a very large group or have a long stay we encourage you to buy additional supplies. Twice weekly pool service is provided. The pool service person will only have access to the pool. They do not have access to the house. A/C, Please Do Not set the A/C below 75°, or the system will freeze up and break. Please leave settings at: • 76°when you’re home • 85° when you’re away Please dispose of chewing gum or cigarette butts properly, don’t throw it on or stick it on the concrete floor.
