THE SPA IS OPTIONAL. due to Covid, guest must notify us if you want to use the spa. We chemically treat and remove the water after each guest uses the Spa. We charge a one time fee of $80 for drain, Chemicals and refill. This charge is only required if you decide to use the Spa during your stay. This charge insures the safety of all guests and must be paid PRIOR TO USING THE SPA. The House has, a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms. two with queen size beds, the other bedroom has a full size bunkbed. Living room, dining room, 2 full bathrooms, one with a six jet spa tub,, a stackable washer and dryer in the house and parking for up to 3 cars in our private driveway. The house is equipped with AC/Heat, coffee maker, Rice cooker, fast Wifi, office desk, DVD player and Cable TV. There is a separate guest house and living quarters on the 1/4 acre compound. You will have the entire home and private parking all to yourself. * WE LIVE IN A SEPARATE UNIT IN THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY WITH OUR DOG OSO. This house is near most major attractions in Los Angeles, including Universal Studios, CBS, Warner brothers and Hollywood, all about 10-minute drive. Studio City/Valley Village is one of the safest, most desired areas in Los Angeles. This city is an entertainers dream. Four miles from the Burbank (Bob hope) Airport, 1 mile from CBS Radford, and 2 miles from Warner Brothers and Universal Studios. On the other side of the hill is Hollywood and West Hollywood. This building is Twenty minutes from the Beach and 15 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles ( in light traffic) We're close to pretty much everything you may desire. Starbucks is walking distance as well as major grocery stores and gas stations nearby! Getting around is really convenient! We are 1.7 miles away from the North Hollywood Metro station and .06 mile away from the North Hollywood Greyhound station. Universal Studios is 5 minutes away and Hollywood is just right over the hill. CHECK IN IS AFTER 4 PM Please be aware that the property is not accessible for wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
