This house is in an area that is both a good summer or winter experience in the beautiful Adirondacks. Summer activities include but not limited to: Lake George Village with fireworks every Thursday, Million Dollar Public beach, Six Flags amusement park, hiking, boating and a summing pool right at the house. Winter has many ski resorts within a short distance, snow mobiling, cross country, snow shoeing and actives that the ski resorts offer. No Pets. No Smoking in house, No Events, Garage is not included. Has heat and A/C, parking for four cars outside. 2 Fireplaces. Cooking grill, cable TV, TV in every room, WiFi. nice fenced in yard. and fenced in pool. Laundry room with washer and dryer available. Security cameras are located throughout the outdoor perimeter of the property, for the safety of our guests. Cleaning after your stay is an additional charge and is $150 per stay. For any need to contact Owner, go to neighbors and they will contact owner. Any emergency situation of course call 911. Very Quiet Neighborhood with easy going neighbors. Malls and other amenities available within 10 minute drive. No public transportation, transportation is by renters vehicles. Very safe neighborhood for walking, jogging or bike riding. Base rate is $450 per night (weekdays), Base rate for weekend is $550 per night.
