Schoolhouse in the Catskills

Built in 1901, this one-room Catskill schoolhouse was in use until the 1950s. In the 1960s, an addition was built. In 2018 we completed a full renovation and restoration of the property. The Schoolhouse has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and walking paths through 5 acres of private forest leading to a pristine creek bordering a 4th generation farm.
