Located along the northern shore of beautiful Hutchins Lake, this comfortable home is sure to be favorite among inland lake water enthusiasts. Situated in a large cove with southern views you enjoy sun throughout the day and easy access to the activity in the larger part of the lake if you desire. Hutchins Lake is an all-sports lake with quiet hours in the morning and evening allowing for plenty of time to play and relax! Newly installed HOT TUB on the outdoor deck provides the ultimate in relaxation while overlooking Hutchins Lake. Perched just off the shore of the lake, the vaulted open floor plan provides spectacular views of the lake. When you want to be inside, the living room offers plenty of seating, a large flat screen TV/DVD/Cable as well as a cozy gas stove to take off the evening chill. A spacious galley style kitchen has plenty of working space for preparing snacks and meals with a gas grill just outside the side door on the deck. A large dining table (seating for 8) connects the two. The flexible bedding arrangement allows an ample amount of sleeping space and privacy which will be welcomed by both friends and families. The main level offers a bedroom with a King bed and full bath accessed from the hall. The four season porch facing the lake has two additional Twin beds. On the second level you will find another large bedroom which can be set up with another King bed or 2 Twins, a Queen bed in the loft and an additional Queen Sofa Sleeper. Another full bath is provided on this level. Enjoy your days relaxing on the large deck overlooking the lake and out to your private dock. The shallow water along the sandy shoreline is perfect for the little one. Explore the lake in the paddleboat or 2-person kayak provided for your use or feel free to bring along your boat – verify length and draw to assure accommodation. With the downtowns of Fennville, Saugatuck and Douglas just minutes away all of your dining and shopping needs are easily within reach. Be sure to visit with famous Cranes Orchard and Pie Pantry whose beautiful apple orchards grace the fields behind the cottage. Numerous area beaches along the shores of Lake Michigan can be found within 10 – 15 minutes by car, including the well know Oval Beach.
