Short drive to Sebago lakes region. Two acre, secluded property with path to the private dock (and boats) on the Presumpscot river, for swimming, boating, and fishing. Five minute walk to restaurants and breweries (see map). A huge, flat lawn, (with lawn games), stretches in front of the very private house. A mix of king/queen/full beds in the main house and a bunk room with 7 beds, plus plenty of showers and baths. There's a family room with a big TV. The land slopes off to the Presumpscot River. A path from the large back lawn leads to the river. 4 Fox Crossing Kayaks. Ample free parking on-site. The Westbrook River Walk along the Presumpscot River is a remarkable transformation from the city's industrial roots. It follows the river from waterfalls that once served the city's early mill history to quiet water, linking ballfields and the park.
