No need for a car, easy walk to everything you need. Spend your time enjoying your vacation, not walking everywhere! Just steps from sugary white sands of Ft. Myers beach and on the canal to the bay is this delightful house. This newly renovated unit has one bedroom and a sofa sleeper to make up to 4 guests comfortable. Recently new kitchen features stainless steel appliances all in an open floor plan. Tiled floors throughout, plenty of storage & laundry in each unit. A new pool and spa is now open for all guests. Located at highly desirable the north end of Ft. Myers beach & walking distance to all the fun activities, restaurants and shops of Time's Square. The Space: This four unit building offers newly renovated units located just steps from Ft. Myers Beach. Each unit has a full kitchen, sleeping for 4 or 6 (depending on unit) and its own laundry. Beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys) are available for all guests (Please note: While we do our best to be sure all items are in good order, the beach accessories may not be available at all times due to others using them, breakage, or attrition). Monthly and weekly rentals are available. Guest Access: Unit #2 is an awesome one bedroom unit that offers a spacious second floor area, with great views of the ocean and the canal off the bay.  All furniture is new, kitchen/appliances are new, and the bath has been completely renovated with a stand up shower.  The main bedroom has a super comfy King bed.  The living room couch is a memory foam sleeper.  A flat screen TV with HD cable and high speed WiFi highlight the digital entertainment for this unit.  The private patio area offers great views and a place to watch the amazing FMB sunsets. Unit 2. The Neighborhood: The north end of the island is a bustling hotbed of activity. Times Square is the hub, featuring plenty of restaurants, shops, the pier and other events and is easy walking distance (less than 1/5 mile). The pier offers fishing and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of shopping and other dining within just a few minutes by car. A short car trip will get you to a number of marinas, as well. Getting Around: Walking is the way to go. We have stayed for an entire week and barely used our car. Plenty of shops & restaurants are close to you. During season, LeeTran offers a free trolley service up and down the island. There is also bus available from right up the street that will get you anywhere you need to go in Ft. Myers. Uber/Lyft also plentiful on the island. Other Things to Note: During season (Dec-Apr), we only accept bookings that begin AND end on Saturday, unless you are booking for more than two weeks or an entire month. During off-season, we will certainly be more flexible. We require all guests who book to have the following verifications with Airbnb: e-mail, phone, and identity. Primary Booking Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Additional fees for pets (some properties are pet free) and dock usage. Please let us know if you are looking for a longer term lease, such as a monthly during season. We will be happy to try to accommodate you for those periods. Interaction with Guests: I live on the island part time and I am available by phone/text for any of your needs. I also have a property manager/cleaner and handyman on call, if necessary to stop by and take care of anything in person.
