Large room at a budget price

I have found that as a traveler, the best thing is a comfortable bed with a hot shower at a low price. The room offers free Wi-Fi, coffee bar, mini-fridge, and a microwave for convenience, as well as many amenities. I also offer bottled water and a variety of snacks for your convenience. I am committed to keeping my guests safe in these times of COVID and commit to a thorough cleaning between guests. I offer a quiet, clean room that is very budget-friendly. We also have 2 small friendly dogs. Quiet neighborhood in a Co-op Park--parking on premises, large walk in shower, WiFi, washer and dryer available, Kitchen is available for use, microwave and refrigidirator available in room, flexible check in time from 1pm to midnight, check out 11am. Same day bookings will not be refunded people will have access to their room plus, living room area, kitchen, large bathroom and washer, and dryer...dogs are welcome(under 40 lbs) people traveling with dogs MUST notify me in advance and an extra fee may be charged due to extra cleaning that will be needed.
