Our beautiful 1927 Rock Stream house takes guests back to a time when there were great country houses to host and convene in, a time when being with family and friends was a part of everyday life. Rock Stream House is situated on five private, peaceful, park-like acres. It boasts of 8 elegantly appointed bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a orangeie* which sleeps 4. The fully-stocked kitchen, with grand views of the valley, has plenty of counter space, an island, two dishwashers, two refrigerators and two stoves with ovens where you may serve up a banquet celebration! The formal dining room can seat up to 24 guests. There is also a formal living room and lovely breakfast nook. There are three fireplaces, a game table as well as abundant areas for gathering and entertaining family and friends! While Wi-fi is available, the Joerger family encourages guests to hike, read, and enjoy nature on the property’s 5 acres where you’ll find many kinds of birds, deer and rabbits, as well as a rare glimpse at a coyote. Enjoy the gorgeous morning sunrise, an afternoon picnic under the gazebo, or a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub all complete with breath-taking country views.
