Just minutes from GA400, North Georgia Premium Outlets, grocery, restaurants and boat launch (Nix Bridge Park). Great space layout for a family, group of friends or a couple. Good wifi and plenty of space to set up for work or school. The space: This cabin is has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. It is approximately 2300 sf. Main level There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. Both main-level bedrooms have access to the deck. There is 1 full bath plus a half bath on the main level. The large main level living space overlooks the woods and lake with access to the large deck. It has a 50 inch smart TV and a large wood-burning fireplace with cozy seating and a dining/game table. The deck is accessed from the main level and runs the full width of the cabin. It overlooks the woods and cove and has seating, a large dining table and a large gas grill (gas provided). The charming eat in kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, cookware and utensils. Terrace level The terrace level has a private bedroom with queen bed and smart TV, and a full bathroom with access directly from the bedroom or from the living space. The terrace-level living space has plenty of seating, a 50 inch smart TV and access to the patio and backyard. The laundry room is also on this level. Loft The 4th bedroom is on the loft level. It is a spacious private bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed and a small private balcony overlooking the woods and cove. Outside the bedroom, there’s open loft space with a cozy reading nook and access to the upper level balcony overlooking the front of the property. Outdoors The cabin is set back from the road with very easy driveway access. There is a 2-car carport, large covered RV or boat parking and plenty of extra parking space on the driveway. The cove and platform dock (first dock along the path) are a short walk from the backyard accessed by steps and a pathway. The dock is a wonderful place to relax, fish or just enjoy the scenery.
