It features a covered patio with outdoor kitchen, dining, and TV; as well as a sunken, covered outdoor living area in the middle of the pool with bench seating and cocktail tables. You'll have access to this space via an elevated walkway over the pool, and from the sunken living area, you can access the Spa via another elevated walkway. There is also a Pool Bathroom. Once inside the home, you'll find a large Great Room with a Fully Stocked Chef's Kitchen and Island with bar top seating for 8, a Large Living Room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and Dining Room for 12. Bar Top & Seated Dining for 20 inside. There is an additional outdoor dining option in the covered patio and pool area spaces that can accommodate up to 12. The home has 2 Sets of Washer/Dryers and a Full Bathroom for the Living area and Pool for your convenience. You'll also find 8 Bedrooms in this home, with 6 of the bedrooms featuring King Beds and an En Suite Bathroom. The 7th Bedroom features a King Bed as well, and the 8th bedroom features 2 sets of Built-In Full over Queen Bunk Beds. Yes, that's right, Full over Queen bunk beds that even adults can use! It is literally steps away from Lido Key Beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is also a short walk or bike ride to St. Armand's Circle and all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife it has to offer. If you aren't familiar with St. Armand's Circle, well, you're in for a treat because this area is a very well known, high end commercial retail and restaurant area. It is filled with boutiques, restaurants, dessert shops, and nightlife. This is a renowned area and people come from all over to walk the circle, take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy the many offerings of this area. However, you'll be able to walk or bike there and not worry about driving or parking your car, so you can truly enjoy your vacation without concern for the details. If you want even more offerings, Downtown Sarasota is only 2.5 miles from this home, and you can find an even larger supply of retail, restaurants, nightlife, concert halls, comedy venues and more. You can catch a movie, a play or performance at the Sarasota Van Wezel, or just walk down Main Street and pop in and out of dozens and dozens of shops and stores. It is about a $10-15 Uber to downtown - so again, no need to worry about transportation, everything is right there at your fingertips. The home is very short drive or nice bike ride to City Island, where your family can enjoy a day at Mote Marine Laboratory, where you can enjoy the large aquariums, education centers, and aquatic "petting zoos" for an up close and personal nautical experience. You can also visit New Pass Bait Shop to test out your fishing luck or launch a kayak or boat at the boat ramp on City Island as well. There is a small park and beach on City Island as well. This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest. Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.
