Vermont River Front House, Quiet retreat

If you are looking for peace, quiet and serenity, this is it!! Large flat yard, 1/4 mile of river frontage. Great, 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom riverfront on 6 private acres (approx: sq. Ft. 1,400) 1st fl kitchen, living rm, dining area, bdrm, full bathroom: The space Bradford Vt.-- only 5 miles from Rt. 91 exit 15- Dartmouth/Hanover 30 mins away. First floor has kitchen, dining area, living room large deck off living room. With wood stove, bedroom and a full bathroom. 2nd floor has large master bedroom with private deck over looking the river, 3rd bedroom, and 2nd bathroom. Laundry room/utility room is on 2nd fl. Wood stove for those chilly days (also has gas heat if needed) fully applianced kitchen, laundry room . House has wi-fi and direct tv. Coffee maker, micro wave, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware and pots and pans. I will have coffee, sugar and creamer in the house. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and grounds. Large yard is great for games Large fire pit down by the river, perfect for toasting marshmallow's and a good fireside ghost story!! Interaction with guests You will have your privacy, key will be in the lock box, call the night before for the code. The neighborhood The house is in a rural neighborhood. 5 miles away, is the town of Bradford there are some great restaurants, a 9 hole golf course, grocery shopping and some interesting shops!! Drive in movie near by so much fun!! Getting around You will need a car to get around Other things to note Beautiful riverfront, property, WI-FI and direct tv. Master bedroom has a king sized bed. 2nd floor bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. First floor bedroom has a queen sized bed. Bathroom on the first floor has a tub/shower sink and toilet Other bedroom has a full size bed and a twin sized bed!! I leave tea, coffee, filters, sugar and creamer at the house! Wood stove and wood provided in the fall for those chilly nights. "New Rules are now in place because of Covid 19. " We are taking extra steps to clean and sanitize before your arrival because of Covid 19. We ask that all guests use the hand sanitizer that will be on the outside of the door before entry. We also ask that you remove your shoes inside. We give each each guest the option of using our linens or bringing their own. if they want to use our linens, we ask that they wash the towels and the sheets in HOT WATER, to help protect the housekeepers. There is a washer/dryer at the house and detergent. The housekeepers will come in and change out the bedspreads and shams, and mattress pads. We ask that all windows be left opened so the house can air out before the housekeepers go in. Please contact us if you have any questions about any of the rules. No unregistered guests allowed on property House is not suitable for infants and children Riverfront, wood stove, gas heater HOT Hosts are NOT responsible for actions of the river. River may flood, during heavy rains or spring ice thaw. Do not attempt to walk or drive through flood waters. The river has come up over the driveway in the past but has never come up to the house. Stay in the house if the river ever rises during your stay. It will go back down as quickly as it come up. River can be fast moving in the spring or after heavy rain. **There are security cameras on each side of the house Firewood that is on the property is for winter heating, you can ask owners if there is any available for u to use. They sell firewood in town You are in a rural area, you may see, deer, turkeys and other wildlife also insects. Bees, wasps, moths, mosquitos, fireflies, and the occasionally mouse, You will not be given a refund if you see any of the above. **************************************************** Security camera disclosure!!
