This is a en suite in my home, has a private entrance and it's own designated parking space, kitchenette w/full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 12 " electric fry pan, rice cooker, coffee maker, crock pot, dish's, silverware, linens, use of patio, TV, cable/movie channels, wi fi. Close to Jacksonville beach's & parks, restaurants nearby, fitness centers . Well maintained yard, safe small neighborhood steps from St Johns River, 1 queen size bed. Resident owner is quiet & private . Greeted at check in. Recently added a private guest laundry for your convivence. NOTE: For your safety and peace of mind………… Please note that we are concerned and committed to keeping you and myself safe during these unprecedented times dealing with the covd19 virus. I am paying extra attention to my cleaning practices to include a bleaching and disinfecting of all surfaces, counter tops, faucets, doorknobs all kitchen equipment, lamps, anything you might touch. And as always after each guest the linens are washed in bleach and the mattress is sprayed with bleach water and Lysol. Also, you will find all cleaning products in the apartment that you may want to use yourself. I am also committed to practicing social distancing. Your key will be in the door when you check in. You have your own private parking spot and private entrance to apartment. I am here on the property and if you need anything just send me a text. Enjoy your stay, By the way If you have an interest in up grading to a larger room I actually have two rentals at this property- One on each side of the house so guests are separated by main house.
