It is also 33 miles from Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor, Maine. This cottage has 1 bedroom, one full bath, and a wide loft with 4 beds. The Captain’s room offers one queen sized bed. The wide loft offers two queen and two twin beds. It comfortably sleeps 6-8 individuals. It has parking space for up to three vehicles. Amenities include High Speed fiber optic Internet 100 MB (the fastest speed available in the area), 65 inch Smart TV with complimentary Netflix & Disney Plus, Washer & Dryer, Fujitsu heat pump for cooling and heating, propane fireplace, full Kitchen appliances including fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker, & hot& cold bottled water dispenser. We just installed a whole home propane fired Automatic Generac Generator for your peace of mind. FIRST FLOOR Open concept living with beautiful pine panels creating a rustic theme. A propane fireplace creates a cozy ambience perfect for those cold nights- sitting on a comfy sofa while you watch your favorite movie on a 65 inch smart tv. The living room leads out to a covered porch area- flanked by two comfortable oversized sofas- perfect for a conversation while offering great views of the water. LOFT Going up the spiral staircase is a wide loft with 2 comfortable queen beds and 2 twin beds offering a fun, cozy, campy ambience. OUTDOOR / LAKE / POND Wake up at the break of dawn and be awed by the idyllic scene before you- the mirror calm water image, the hauntingly beautiful call of the loons or a fish breaking out of the water. At night, be serenaded by the warm glow of the moon and the quietness of the lake creating the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and romantic setting. Picnic table with gas grill invites family members to stay a while to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The adjacent floating dock with step ladder offers easy access to & from the water. Fishing right off the dock can be fun for the young ones. A stand up paddle and two kayaks make exploration fun and exciting. The two hammocks are ideal for lounging or outdoor napping. The four (4) Adirondack chairs facing the fire pit at water’s edge makes every moment spent a delight.
