The beautiful Emerald Isle beaches are open and it's the perfect place to relax during this time. New cleaning protocols for COVID-19 in effect! The house, included bed linens and bath towels are being thoroughly cleaned per guidelines between each guest. This sweet beach cottage is just steps away from the beach and on the best part of the island! We think you'll love this house just as much as we do! It’s bright, sunny and stocked with everything you’ll need to make you feel comfortable. NEW this year: Hard flooring throughout, 55" SMART tv for the living room, Keurig coffee maker, rugs and some bed quilts! Emerald Isle is one of our favorite places in the whole world! And this house is so close to the beach and in such a safe, quaint, quiet neighborhood. We knew this was a house where we could build many family memories and we hope you will too! You can enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves from one of two decks all day long. It's so convenient to everything too! It's less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and many other attractions. The EI bike path leads directly to our neighborhood and you can bike just about everywhere! There's a newly renovated playground for the kids in our neighborhood just down the block. We've stocked the closet with games and books, and the kitchen has everything you'll need to feel at home. For your peace of mind, we also have an AWESOME property manager in the neighborhood should any problems arise during your stay. (This is a NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS house.)
