You can have the best of both worlds with all the comforts of home and spectacular sunrise and sunsets on the lake, just a short drive from Nashville. The cabin has nice modern features including a modern kitchen, and wi-fi/cable/smart tv's through out the home. The dining room is set up in the beautiful sunroom, which has an amazing view and a custom hand-made table that seats 14. The community swimming pool, exercise room and pavilion are also available for your enjoyment and is located just minutes from the cabin. Hidden Harbor Marina is just a 10 minute drive and gives you access to all lake activities including fishing, pontoon, wave runners and house boats available year around for daily rentals. More Info about the cabin history and reconstruction: The Almost Heaven cabin was built outside of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area in the Allegheny Mountains. The logs are of dense American white oak, which was the preferred Lumber due to its strength, durability and size. Utilization of the joint method of construction indicates it was built in 1820's. The cabin was tagged and moved to Center Hill Lake Tennessee. A new concrete walk out basement was built to the exact specifications of the cabin. The basement is constructed of thick outer layers of rigid insulation and a rebar and concrete inner core. The logs were rebuilt using a specialized cabin restoration company, the same people that dismantled it. The roof is constructed with heavy panels and there are double glazed windows throughout the home.
