Guest Suite Located Directly on the Wine Trail

The Buchanan Suite is part of an 1850's farm-style home that is located on a small working fruit farm. Enter the apartment via your own private outside entrance. On the first floor you will find a kitchen, full bath and living room. The living room offers a queen size pull out sofa bed for guests. The kitchen features full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans etc. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combined. The second floor contains a bedroom with full bathroom en suite. The bedroom offers a queen size bed, wardrobe and seating. We own and operate a farm stand located on the property, so when in season, fresh local produce is very close by! The farm has 5 acres of sweet cherries, grapes, peaches, garlic and fresh herbs. The Buchanan Suite is located directly on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, in what we like to call "downtown" Hector, NY. Nearby you will find numerous wineries, breweries, restaurants, public beach access, stores, National Forest and several other amenities.
