Welcome to our wonderful and bright Bay Breeze! Lovely three-story, three-bedroom, 2.5 bath, waterfront townhouse with direct water access and a private dock, a spacious deck and three balconies right on Little Assawoman Bay. Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen also offers a Keurig, an espresso machine, and a standard coffee maker. During the High Season, minimum rental period is 7 days. IMPORTANT: YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY ARE OUR TOP PRIORITY. PLEASE FOLLOW GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES RELATED TO TRAVEL AND COVID-19. Guests must bring linens and towels. *****Due to changes dictated by the HOA, we can no longer accept pets.***** Two kayaks, two bikes, fishing and crabbing gear available. This unit sleeps 7 very comfortably. This gem truly offers something for everybody: Family vacation with kids? At your private boat slip, catch crabs with the crabbing cage or with a chicken neck on a string and a crabbing net! Grab a fishing rod and try your luck either on the bay or the nearby ocean! Or take the kayaks out and paddle on the bay. Two junior bikes are also available. And, just a skip and a hop away is the outdoor pool, available during the summer (closes after Labor Day, subject to availability due to current COVID restrictions). The board games are always popular, and so is baking cookies on a rainy day! The bedrooms all have flat screen TVs and cable. Last, but not least, there is a large flat-screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, cable, internet, and DVDs for family movie or game nights. - Popcorn, anyone? For some R & R, take in the bay with its beautiful marshes. The bay is home to egrets, herons, geese, ducks, and much more! Enjoy an espresso or your morning coffee of choice watching the serene sunrise any time of year! What a spectacular sight! Match the peaceful pace you will observe. Bring your easel or sketch pad and capture the beauty around you on canvas or paper. Stroll through the many studios and art galleries from Ocean City to Rehoboth Beach, and be inspired by the art that surrounds you. Planning a romantic getaway? Cook a magnificent dinner for your significant other and serve it on the deck, accompanied by the sparkling lights of Fenwick at night! Don’t feel like cooking? Take a short walk over to Catch 54 and enjoy one of the best restaurants on the shore and the grand views from there! Other options in walking distance are Papa Grande's Coastal Taqueria, Harpoon Hanna's, and a casual sports bar with phenomenal prices, High Stakes. Ready for a Girls’ Getaway? Schedule a massage at the Zen Spa across the street, or book a paint & sip event in nearby Ocean City or Lewes! Explore the Night Clubs in Ocean City, or enjoy the live music at Harpoon Hanna's. Bonding with the Boys? Bring your boat and dock it right outside or rent jet skis or a pontoon boat at the Top Gun Water Sports, just a stone throw away!
