Our Waterside Cottage is a gorgeous pet-friendly chalet located on Innsbrook's quiet Lake Silvretta. This beautiful chalet features 3 bedrooms including a main level guest room, an exquisite master suite and a loft bunk room that the kids will love. Like our Lakeside Getaway at Chalet 1717, the Waterside Cottage 1760 can sleep 2-8 people. It's just 1/2 mile down the road from our Lakeside Getaway (Chalet 1717), our Shoreline Escape (Chalet 1718) and our Treetop Getaway Chalet (1716) so can easily be booked with the other two for a large group gathering. Set on 3 acres in a beautiful natural setting, our Waterside Cottage is not exactly roughing it! The cottage includes luxury furnishings, a beautiful kitchen, satellite TV, WiFi, a gorgeous lake setting, complete privacy and endless amenities. Enjoy a long weekend or an entire week in a beautiful newer Innsbrook A-frame, renovated for our rental customers' delight. Located within the gated community of Innsbrook Resort, this chalet was originally built in 2009 but completely renovated in 2017 and is luxuriously outfitted for all of your getaway needs -- whether you're seeking a romantic escape or a weekend of fun with family and friends. Nestled on a 3 acre property full of trees and wildlife, this very private deluxe chalet is the perfect setting for your next vacation. Lake Silvretta is just outside the door, perfect for fishing or simply a beautiful view while you enjoy your morning coffee. Sit on the dock or the deck, or even the master suite's private screened in porch and feel a part of nature in Innsbrook's Audubon Sanctuary. Fish from the waterside dock or simply enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee lakeside. A large firepit area and outdoor game area (corn hole and more) is included for the whole family to enjoy the great outdoors together. In the summertime, enjoy the popular sand beaches and swim docks on 150-acre Lake Aspen, the Conference Center and beautiful outdoor swimming pool, as well as Innsbrook's award-winning 18-hole golf course and The Clubhouse Restaurant, all just minutes from the chalet. Or, year-round, just hang out at the Waterside Cottage, equipped with a fishing dock, large deck, outdoor play area with games and 3 acres to explore. The master suite is very private and luxe with its own en suite full bath, walk-in closet, screened-in treehouse porch, king bed and television. An upstairs loft features two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids and teens, with an attached full bath. The main level offers another private bedroom and full bath, along with a laundry area. The beautiful first-floor living room has amazing views and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for Fall and Winter getaways. Located at the end of a quiet road about 10 minutes from the resort's main entrance, you will love the quiet and tranquility this year-round chalet has to offer. The kitchen is well-appointed and is ready for preparing meals for small or large gatherings. A gas grill on the deck is also available. Satellite TV and blu ray player with upgraded movie and sports channels is available at no additional charge. Please note that we charge a one time $65 property damage protection fee. This is actually a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $1500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen. This fee is already included in your nightly rate. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. We do have early check-in options, but cannot guarantee early check-in until the day before your stay. In order to respect the neighbors, our property owners, and Innsbrook Resort's rental policies, we do not allow large events or gatherings at our chalets (typically 10-15 people). Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that allows you, our guests, and our property owners to feel confident about our short-term rental transactions. Please note that once you have booked you will be asked to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.
