Mid City 2 BR- beautiful, renovated Arts & Crafts

The house is an early 20th century Arts & Crafts style triplex with original details intact, including a fireplace in the dining room, and original heart pine woodwork, oak floors and bathroom tile. House was renovated in 2018 and received a new kitchen, refreshed bathroom. We live on the other side and a regular tenant lives downstairs. This is not a party house, we're looking for quiet guests who will enjoy our home and neighborhood. At least one of the guests must be over 21. We are just four blocks from the Canal Street streetcar line, which will take you to City Park or downtown and the French Quarter. Late check-in is fine, because the door is operated with the code and not a key.
