Beach gear -- chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cooler. Washer & dryer in building. Washer & dryer -- you can use the washer & dryer in the back of the building. They are shared by all five units. Parking -- there is off-street parking for ONE car only. If you have a second car, then you can park it on-street just down the block. I live in Europe but am very responsive to email. My property manager lives less than a mile away and can respond to emergencies. You'll get the key in a lockbox. This apartment is close to many local restaurants.
