Splendid Renovated and Spacious House for BIG groups With a Pool!

Summary: Welcome to our beautifully renovated and spacious home. In a quiet neighborhood east of Downtown Dallas TX. This fantastic house is fully equipped with every possible luxury you could ever desire: we've got you covered from head to toe with the most lavish, plushest, softest, best smelling and most exquisite amenities. Our home is a hop, skip and a jump from everything wonderful, exciting and vibrant the DFW has to offer. Only 10 minutes drive to Downtown, White Rock Lake and Dallas Arboretum . The Space: Top to bottom we will deck you out with our newly renovated house boasting all luxuries to make your stay as comfortable as possible: high speed WiFi, 55" smart TVs, nap-worthy couches, a great dining area, beautiful deck area with a 20 by 12 oval pool that will make your hot Texan summer days so much nicer! You get the point- we've got you (and every single one of your guests) covered! The master suite has a king size bed, dresser, a 42” smart TV and en-suite full bathroom (shared with Bedroom#2). Bedroom #2 boasts a queen size bed as well as a twin over twin bunk bed and a full bathroom (shared with the Master). Next up is our lovely bedroom #3 has a queen size bed. Lastly, room #4 has 2 twin over twin bunk beds as well as a twin over full bunk bed and en-suite full bathroom (please note this room will only be available for groups of +7 guests). You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all! Our back yard has a pool, a grill and a great deck area with dining table and sitting so you can spend your sunny days enjoying the outdoor! The garage can fit two cars, the driveway can easily fit two more cars. the gate to the back yard will lead you to parking space for additional two cars (if you plan on bringing more then 6 cars, please let us know first so we can help make arrangements). Guest Access: Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. In just ten minutes you can visit White Rock Lake, the perfect place to throw a football or go for a morning run. The Dallas Arboretum, a huge 66 acre botanical garden, is also only ten minutes away. Getting Around: If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. Other Things to Note: ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property.
