Two Full Kitchens, two laundry rooms, two outdoor grills- one on the deck and one in the backyard. We offer fresh linens and toiletries, as well as complementary coffee/tea. Long terms stays are welcomed on a month to month basis. We offer up to 20% in discounts for qualifying guests. The thermostat is locked on the 2nd floor and can be adjusted remotely if needed-just let us know. Remember, hot air rises. Make use of ceiling fans in the bedrooms during summer months to keep it cool. The lower level tends to be cooler, there is a space heater in the winter months for extra comfort. The Neighborhood It is a sort after, quiet neighborhood with many professionals and military families young and old alike. There are many dining and shopping options all within a few short miles. Getting Around Camden line MARC station is about 2.2 miles from the house: 22 Main St Laurel, MD 20707 You may use this line from Laurel Main street to go to DC (Union Station) on week days- free parking, limited space. Greenbelt Metro station is about 14 miles from the house: 5717 Greenbelt Metro Dr, Greenbelt, MD 20740.
