Welcome to Wild Heron Escape, a newly renovated and beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath a-frame chalet tucked away at the edge of Wild Heron Lake. Light filled, with a serene lake view out of the floor to ceiling windows, this chalet is the perfect getaway from the stress of everyday life. The cozy interior makes for a perfect night in front of the fire, and the furnished glass-enclosed sunroom allows for plenty of room to spread out. The wraparound deck, fire pit and private dock create a perfect balance of perfect indoor and outdoor spaces. Fireside or waterside, put your feet up with a good book and relax... The first floor features a living area with a stone fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchen stocked with all the tools you'll need for preparing meals during your stay. There is a first floor bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a full bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find a loft area with two twin beds, a private bedroom with king sized bed, and a second full bath. The lakeside dock is a great spot for fishing, reading, and sunning. Or, take advantage of the two kayaks and canoe at the chalet, and enjoy a ride around the lake. During the warmer months, try out the paddle board! Wild Heron Escape is the perfect place to enjoy time away with family or friends. Your dogs are welcome too! Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. We do have early check-in options, but cannot guarantee early check-in until the day before your stay. In order to respect the neighbors, our property owners, and Innsbrook Resort's rental policies, we do not allow large events or gatherings at our chalets (typically 10-15 people). Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that allows you, our guests, and our property owners to feel confident about our short-term rental transactions. Please note that once you have booked you will be asked to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.
