This house is centrally located with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and shops. With a 8 minute car drive, you can reach Manasota Key beach; several other beaches are nearby as well. The house has a brand new, Sunny western exposure, salt water heated pool as well as stand alone jacuzzi. Beautiful and specious paved patio with newly installed screen enclosure covering the entire area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped should you decide to stay in and make a meal. Both bedrooms have king size beds (Guest Master is Firm memory foam). Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (medium-firm spring/foam hybrid) with a direct entry to patio/pool area. Bedrooms are in opposite sides of the house (separated by kitchen and living room area) for added privacy. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. The living room area has a sleeper sofa which converts into a full size bed. Garage with automatic door will keep your car dry and cool.
