Seaside Quarters offers you the BEST location in North Surf City, strong Central Air Conditioning, 2 homes off the to the BAY and a super EZ 5 minute walk to the BEACH, GOURMET FOOD SHOPS, ECLECTIC GALLERIES, RESTAURANTS, & MINI GOLF. Plus everyone loves our backyard Firepit, game room and Amish plank table, perfect for large gatherings! And, with sleeping accommodations for 14, there’s plenty of room for everyone, so grab some friends, another family or bring the grandparents to Seaside Quarters! We stock Seaside Quarters with plenty of fun stuff, including a well-equipped “foodies” kitchen, BBQ gas grill, sheets, towels, 10 BEACH BADGES, beach chairs, boogie boards, 4 fishing poles, several "beach style bikes" (not high performance road bikes), crab traps, 5 flat screen TVs, WIFI and a game room with Foosball and darts! Our backyard is geared for FUN too, with a large LL Bean hammock, Adirondack chairs, chaise lounge chairs, a fire pit, firewood and an outside shower. So, you can RELAX and chill into the night! THE HOUSE Seaside Quarters is a classic 4-bedroom beach home, recently redesigned and updated with beautiful hardwood floors, a bright white interior, a powerful Central AC / HVAC system, year-round sun porch, game room and more. Our first-floor layout includes a living room with Queen sleeper sofa, dining room, well equipped kitchen, laundry area, as well as 2 Queen bedrooms, a full bath, and sun porch with an Amish made plank table for 12 and a game room, with Foosball and darts. The second floor boasts a “kids” bedroom with double bunkbeds accommodating 4, a bath with shower and the Master bedroom with a King-sized bed. Additionally, the Master bedroom has a private sun room with a Trundle bed, for 2. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, with the living room having a flat screen, an Xbox and seasonal wood burning fireplace. And we have a nice outside shower with a dressing area, clothes lines and we’re also eco-friendly, too! THE LOCATION Seaside Quarters is located on the NARROWEST street in Surf City. We are also located in North Surf City, so we’re close to Yellow Fin restaurant, Okie’s Butcher Shop, Anchor Produce, a day spa and other great shops and eateries. Plus, we’re 2 houses off the bay, so fishing, crabbing and picturesque sunsets are the routine. The outdoor and indoor fireplaces are great for those who enjoy a warm, relaxing fire, and seasoned wood was provided. The house is a short walk to the ocean and even shorter walk to the bay. I think it is approx. 1/4 of a mile between each. We visited during the Christmas holiday. I can imagine how nice it would be to rent during the summer. My wife and I spent a week here in October with our greyhound. Randy was very accommodating in allowing us to bring a slightly larger dog. We had a great time, the house is right on the bay, with beautiful sunsets, and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The oceanside is also an easy walk from the house. The property is well-appointed, with good wifi, and smart TV's in the living room and each bedroom. The firepit was great, and we made ample use of it. The best part was the host Randy H. He was so responsive and literally provided everything you need. Towels linens all kitchen utensils. TV 📺 in every bedroom. Great central AC and great backyard to hang out. The screened in porch was super too. Last but not least being TWO BLOCKS from the beach was heaven. Randy went above and beyond with chairs, umbrella , blankets and toys for my grandson for the beach. He even provided a large carrier to put it all in what more can you ask!!! My son’s dog Arnie was so happy I think the happiest I have ever seen him. For me having my kids and grandson so happy is what life is all about but Randy knows that because he is a Dad and Grandpa himself. If anyone wants to have a once I.
