The 9ABC suite has 5 queen beds & 1 commercial grade futon, 2 large bathrooms and the well-equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace (wood provided in the winter months only), 2 living areas and the lovely panoramic view of Red River. These rooms are all joined with interior passage doors providing a great family experience. Satellite tv and WIFI are provided. This combo Suite sleeps 12 and is located on the second level.  *Rooms may differ some because fresh updates are in progress.  No Smoking. Please wash your dishes and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature. Please leave temperature on heater at 55 degrees before leaving property.
