Seaside Heights Lower Unit 3 bed/2 bath sleeps 6

This unit is located at the quiet north end of town a little over 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with all new appliances, washer/dryer, central A/C and ceiling fans, flat screen TVs with cable and WiFi in living room and master bedroom suite. Balcony, outdoor shower and grill, off street parking and 6 beach badges (as long as is available), backyard with covered patio. Sheets, blankets, pillows and cases, bath and hand towels upon request: $150.00. Families only NO groups Only families No groups. To protect the safety of my guests we have surveillance in the common hallway outside the units and the exterior of the house. During June there is a3 day minimum. During July and August there is a six day minimum stay.
