Captains quarters marsh views 1 block to beach

The space is a separate apartment from our main house. It has it’s own parking space, separate entrance and privite deck. The living space has vaulted ceilings and many windows which gives the space a large open feeling. It has a newly remodeled full kitchen with complete cookware, dishes, utensils and stainless steel appliances. The large bedroom has a king bed and a walk in closet . The newly renovated bathroom has a stunning walk in tiled shower. We are located in the middle of the island, overlooking the marsh and just a block to the beach .
