At Coeur d'Alene Cozy, you'll have a master suite with a large walk-in closet that can double as an infant room. Both homes feature a full kitchen to make preparing holiday meals a snap! What's nearby: Located in downtown Coeur d'Alene, these homes are within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. McEuen Park is close by with an array of fun for all ages. Tubbs Hill, a short walk away, is ideal for pleasant hikes no matter the time of year. In the summer, Sanders Beach is less than a half-mile from your front door for sunbathing and swimming, while the Silverwood Theme Park is just 20 miles north, offering 65 attractions and rides. Things to know: The two homes included in Calm & Cozy may also be rented separately as Coeur d'Alene Calm and Coeur d'Alene Cozy Free WiFi Two full kitchens with dishwashers Two Pack-N-Plays, a high chair, and a jogging stroller provided Gas fireplace in Coeur d'Alene Cozy Parking notes: For Coeur d'Alene Calm, three cars can fit in the driveway plus one in the street. The driveway is long, so an extra car may be added. For Coeur d'Alene Cozy, there is street parking for two cars and room for one by the garage, behind the home (access through the alley). Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
