Situated in a great location on a small and peaceful community just 15 miles from Disney World, this spacious property accommodates 8 people plus a baby. There are two attractive lounge areas both with flat screen TVs and sofas. The formal dining area seats 6, there is a second dining area that seats 8. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the comforts from home including a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender etc. The stylish master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite with twin sinks and both a shower and a tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with bath/shower. Bedroom 3 is a stylish beach-themed room with twin beds and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 4 is a cool Super Hero themed room with twin beds and flat scree TV. There is a family bathroom located between bedrooms 3 and 4. Enjoy soaking up the sun on the south-facing pool deck and take a dip in the lovely private pool. There is a covered seating area with comfortable lounge seating and a ceiling fan for when you need some shade. Out on the deck you will find sun loungers and a table and chairs set. The pool can be heated (optional extra) and there is a pool safety fence for those with children. The garage is set up as a games room with a table tennis table, table football and seating. There is also a utility room with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. This home has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and free local calls. There is also a high chair and travel cot included for babies. This property is in a great location opposite a golf course and just a few minutes' drive from all of the amenities on the Posner Park shopping area, including a Target supermarket, luxury Cinepolis cinema, shops, restaurants, bars etc. It is also a few minutes' drive from the I-4 highway giving you easy access to Disney World 15 miles away, and all of the attractions Orlando has to offer. The maximum occupancy of the home is stated in the property listing and house rules and MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. 2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to be in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy. 3. Community quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS: OCCUPANCY: THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATES A MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE AND 1 BABY. SUPPLIES: All of our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 bin bag per bin and 1 laundry tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, trash bags or toiletries. POOL HEAT OPTION: POOL HEATING IS $30 PER NIGHT PLUS TAXES, MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before you arrive. If you request pool heat after your arrival, please note it takes around 24 hours to get to temperature and there is a $10 call out fee to come to the home to switch the pool heat on for you. Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature. Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up. Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather. We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
