Minutes to Woodbury Common, Renaissance Faire, Sugar Loaf, Storm King, and LEGOland. -First floor has a mudroom/laundry room, chef's kitchen (seating for 4 at the counter, and additional seating for 8-10 at the kitchen table), 48" gas stove, Dacor coffee machine, 60" refrigerator. The dining room seats 10-12. The formal living room (easily seats 10) with vaulted ceilings and decorative fireplace with candles. There is a wet bar off of this living room for entertaining. There is an additional open room to be used as you need. The TV room has a couch which seats 8 with a pullout sofa.
