A 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet building with just five units. Ground level, and set back quite far from the street. Very quiet due to central air conditioning and sound-resistant windows. Large overhangs provide generous shade from the sun. The neighborhood: an easy and pleasant walk (0.7 miles) to all of the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Wilton Drive. There is a major, mid-priced grocery store (Publix) just a few blocks away, as well as a Starbucks. As is standard in all of my apartments: * The kitchen is equipped for real cooking. It has non-stick pots and pans as well as real knives. There are utensils and the basics for baking. * There is a Pack-n-Play crib * Internet with a strong wifi signal. * Comes with all linens, as well as an extra set * Fully stocked for the first week with toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, and so on. You do not need to replenish supplies when you leave, but if you stay longer than a week, you will need to replenish for your own continuing use. * Cleaning and laundry service are available during your stay for an extra fee. Limitations in this apartment: * There is parking for just one car. * There is a TV but I do not have cable. It is a SmartTV, and that means that you can hook it up to your HBO or Netflix subscription. (They cost about $10-15/month, if you don't have one.) Late check-ins, even in the middle of the night, are no problem.
